My mindfulness sessions are thoughtfully adapted to your individual needs. I draw on a wealth of experience and training in mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT), positive psychology, somatic yoga, and breathwork to offer practical, grounded tools for relaxation and stress management.
We always begin with a guided meditation - a gentle opportunity to step out of the thinking mind and begin noticing what you’re feeling. It doesn’t matter if you’ve never meditated before, or if you believe you “can’t” - there are as many ways to meditate as there are people on the planet, so you’ll be fully supported and guided throughout.
From there, we explore areas of your life where you may be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. Together, we develop simple, effective mindfulness practices to help you move from surviving to truly thriving. This is done using CBT, mindfulness based stress reduction and positive psychology skills.
Over the last five years, I’ve had the pleasure of supporting hundreds of people from diverse backgrounds to cultivate presence, inner calm, and emotional resilience. I also teach advanced breathwork techniques tailored to your needs - whether that’s boosting energy, easing anxiety, calming the nervous system, or preparing for a big presentation or exam.
For those who feel called to it, sessions can also include gentle, somatic yoga movements to help release stored tension and reconnect with the body.
My approach is warm, intuitive, and practical - focused on helping you build confidence, self-awareness, and a sense of ease in your everyday life.
In addition to mindfulness coaching, I also offer piano lessons and basic music theory, taught through a mindfulness-based approach. With over 12 years of experience as a piano teacher and more than 25 years of playing, music has been a lifelong practice for me. I also completed formal study towards a Bachelor’s degree in music, which deepened my understanding of theory, technique, and musical expression.
My approach to teaching music is calm, supportive, and intuitive - especially suited to beginners or those returning to piano later in life. Rather than focusing on pressure or perfection, I guide students to connect with the music, build confidence, and enjoy the learning process. We move at your pace, combining practical skills with presence and awareness, so that learning music becomes both grounding and enjoyable.
Whether you’re looking to learn the foundations of piano, understand music theory, or reconnect with music in a more meaningful way, I create a space where you can feel relaxed, supported, and inspired.
