My lessons are structured yet flexible, typically conducted in small group settings or one-on-one sessions. Each session begins with an overview of the day's objectives, followed by interactive discussions, practical exercises, and real-life case studies.

I incorporate different engaging resources, role-playing activities, and reflective journaling to deepen understanding and application of Emotional Intelligence concepts. Through guided exercises, such as self-assessments and peer feedback, students gain insight into their emotional strengths and areas for growth.
