Qing Chen

Having Chinese and Italian as my native languages, I’ve always been passionate about languages and their cultures. I am a student at the Bartlett, UCL, living in London. I took 4 language GCSEs , Chinese, Italian, Spanish and French, achieving 9s in all 4, as well as an A* in Italian A level. I am very familiar with the process as I only took them 5 years ago. I have tutored Y1 students in architecture at university level. Sessions were followed by what they learned in class, as both a catch up but also a booster. Each session also targeted skill areas that needed to be improved, which can be verb tenses, oral speaking, writing etc. when it comes to languages. Having both taught but also remaining a student, I’ll aim to tailor the sessions to what the student wants and needs to learn.
