I am undergoing my graduation in Biotechnology and biology has always been my strong subject. I conduct an interactive session with my students where we discuss the topic and learn more about it. I am not into teaching with notes and i give my notes to my students right in between the sessions. Since I teach via online mode, I frequently ask questions related to the topic to make sure the child do not lose focus. At the end of the session, the student has to brief me about the class and is encouraged to ask even the slightest of doubt. I conduct weekly exams based on the particular topic and Block tests are conducted at the end of the entire chapter that has been taught. Students can contact me anytime of the day and I'll solve their doubts as early as possible. I do not believe in the fact of mugging up the study matter but i believe it is important for the child to understand why he/she is studying the same. I do not entertain misbehavior in my classes since I conduct a fun friendly session. Apart from that, I want the student to excel in my subject and hence I give the right amount of homework to keep the child interested. Puzzles, quizzes etc are my way of giving out homeworks and frequent viva is conducted in the class. Based on the child's performance I conduct surprise tests to check the understanding of my student. Surprise tests are optional and vary from child to child.
