As a former geoscientist who spent 20 years in fast-paced, high-pressure corporate environments, I know exactly what it feels like to be stressed about performance, choices, and the future. I’ve been the anxious student, the ambitious professional, and the person who wondered, “Is this really my path?” That journey is why I now work as an ICF-accredited life and career coach, helping students feel less lost and more in charge of their lives.

I’m the best person to help students who are smart and capable, but stuck in their heads. The ones who overthink, compare themselves to others, and secretly worry they’re already behind. With me, they don’t need to pretend to have it all together. I bring structure, calm, and humour to conversations that often feel heavy.

I’ve coached many internationals, so I understand perfectionism, imposter feelings, and the “I should be doing more” spiral. My style is direct, warm, and non-judgmental. I ask honest questions, listen deeply, and help students turn vague worries into clear next steps.
