Priscila Ribeiro

I am a native Portuguese speaker from Brazil, currently living in England, and I have experience communicating in both Portuguese and English in everyday, academic and professional environments.

As a Psychology student in England and a mother of two children, I have developed strong communication, patience and listening skills. I enjoy helping people feel comfortable when learning a new language and understand that everyone learns at a different pace.

I can help students improve their Portuguese through real-life conversations and practical situations, rather than focusing only on grammar and textbooks. Whether you want to learn Portuguese for travelling, work, relationships, everyday life or simply to communicate with Brazilian people, I can adapt lessons to your goals and interests.

My experience living in England also allows me to understand the challenges that Portuguese speakers may face when learning English, particularly with pronunciation, vocabulary and everyday expressions. I can explain concepts clearly and provide examples from real conversations and situations.

My lessons are friendly, relaxed and focused on building confidence. I believe that making mistakes is a natural and important part of learning a language, so I encourage students to speak as much as possible without feeling embarrassed.
