As an experienced Teacher and administrator, my tenacious and proactive approach resulted in numerous important achievements in the field. My excellent innovative and right approaches have provided my team with vital support in driving them in the right direction in achieving the organizational goals. I have been In-charge of the primary Cambridge curriculum section of the school and was responsible in coordinating Teachers, class activities and maintaining rapport with the parents. This also includes preparation of study plans, allocation of resources, delegation of duties and motivation of team members towards achieving organizational goals. My ability to develop student-centered relationships have resulted in driving interest and motivation among the students in the subjects that I was engaged in. The ability and the interest I have shown in helping children with learner difficulties has been one of key features in my skills.
