My lessons are one-to-one and fully tailored to each student’s individual needs, pace, and confidence level. I hold a B.E. in Instrumentation & Control Systems Engineering and I’m currently completing an MSc in Electronics and Robotics Engineering, so my strongest subjects are Physics and Chemistry, where I can bring real depth from years of applying these concepts in engineering practice, not just textbook theory. I’m also comfortable supporting Biology at GCSE level, particularly as part of Combined Science.
My teaching approach is built around clarity and genuine understanding, rather than memorisation. I break down complex topics into smaller, manageable steps, and I always connect abstract concepts to real-world examples — whether that’s using circuits and forces from my own engineering background, or everyday chemical reactions students can relate to. This makes ideas easier to remember and apply, especially in exam conditions.
Each session includes practice questions of increasing difficulty, so I can see exactly where a student’s understanding is solid and where it needs more work. I regularly ask students to explain concepts back to me in their own words — this is one of the most effective ways to catch gaps in understanding early, rather than only at the point of a mock exam or test.
I adapt my pace depending on the student: some need more repetition and reassurance to build confidence, while others are ready to move faster and benefit from extra challenge material. Above all, my goal is to help students build lasting understanding and genuine confidence in Physics, Chemistry, and Science more broadly — not just short-term exam answers.
