I am Pippa, a languages learner and teacher from the UK. I have a broad range of teaching experience and enjoy adapting my methods to suit my learners' needs. This is how we all learn efficiently without wasting time. No two classes are the same.

My background in linguistics, and the depth of my knowledge of language learning and acquisition, allows me to identify and rectify issues that other teachers may not.

Initial qualification:
MA (Hons) in Foreign Languages and Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages.
Including modules in: applied linguistics, interpreting, translation, management.

Languages studied: Spanish (B2+), French (B1 - bit rusty), Russian (GCSE)

Work experience:
10+ years of EFL teaching
5 years experience working with non-native speakers in other professions, coaching on-the-job and improving communicative skills.
