I have four years of experience as a tutor and currently support the delivery of KS1 and KS2 education in an East London primary school. I tailor lessons to individual children's needs. I teach Phonics, Maths, and English from early years to SATs level and also offer GCSE tuition in Maths, English, and the humanities. I use SEND-friendly play-oriented learning for KS1 and maximise engagement in KS2 lessons by applying each child's specific interests to the required learning for SATs. I also have extensive experience in teaching English as a foreign language.

I have two first-class degrees from the University of Oxford and the University of Edinburgh in History and Social Science. I am returning to Oxford to do a PhD in History on a full scholarship based on academic excellence. I have won several academic awards, including the Best Overall Performance in my Oxford master's degree. I achieved nine A* grades in my GCSEs and have A-levels in Maths, History, and Chemistry.

I am passionate about education and firmly believe that learning should be both enjoyable and rewarding. The format of my lessons is therefore flexible and student-led; I adapt to the pace and learning style of each child. I work to boost children's confidence and performance in all aspects of their education.
