I am an experienced and friendly Maths tutor with over 35 years of one-to-one and classroom teaching experience across KS3, GCSE and A-Level. I have successfully supported students of all abilities, from those who find Maths challenging to high achievers aiming for grades 8/9 and A/A*, including learners who have gone on to Oxford and Cambridge.

I am patient, approachable and passionate about building students’ confidence, closing gaps in understanding, and helping every learner achieve their full potential. My lessons are personalised, encouraging and results-focused, with clear explanations, problem-solving strategies, and strong exam-technique practice. I tutor in-person and online using Microsoft Teams and interactive whiteboards, and I hold an up-to-date DBS check.
