we will start with the basics of English words the construction of a word ...ex A' is a WORD and it needs space when writing ,example in a sentence I am a boy not aboy separate A-Boy.simple grammatical errors .
Word like MAY and SHALL ..it is shows the magnitude of a sentence .EX The people may' exercise their right ,this gives the indication that they can either not but in constitution we use mostly SHALL to show the magnitude of the matter it is not a request.
