EXPLORE (Weeks 1-4): Discovering Your Inner Landscape
• Week 1: Mapping Your Mind - Playful Discovery: Exploring personal narratives, identifying anxiety triggers, and beginning mindfulness practices.
• Week 2: Meeting Your Inner Critic - Curious Exploration: Play-based exercises to gently approach and understand your internal self-critic through imaginative dialogues and journaling.
• Week 3: Unearthing Hidden Gifts - Treasure Hunt: Identify your overlooked strengths and skills through playful reflection and strength-spotting exercises.
• Week 4: Connecting the Dots - Storytelling Adventure: Integrating insights from weeks 1-3 into a clear personal vision of authentic, anxiety-free living.

Mini-Quest #1 (end of Week 4): “Hero Origin Snapshot” - Record a 3-minute voice note (or doodle comic) telling the before ? aha! ? new you story.


EXPERIMENT (Weeks 5-8): Playful Action & Courageous Experimentation
• Week 5: Small Experiments, Big Results
Creative Challenges: Set small, enjoyable challenges to test new behaviors, perspectives, or anxiety-coping strategies in daily life. Design three bite-size dares (e.g., speak first in a meeting, ask a question you’d normally swallow).
• Week 6: Embracing Imperfection - Fearless Play: Role-playing scenarios and playful improvisation exercises that dismantle perfectionism and encourage authentic self-expression. Improv games where we mess up on purpose and laugh about it. Bye-bye perfectionism.
• Week 7: Breaking Free from Counterfeit Emotions - Emotional Lab: Experiments designed to identify and shift surface-level emotions, revealing deeper, genuine feelings and needs. Go through feelings chart + “5-breath reset”
• Week 8: Habits of Joyful Calm - Playful Routine-Building: Experimentation with playful mindfulness techniques, routines, and rituals that consistently reduce anxiety and enhance emotional well-being. Build a 15-20 minute daily combo routine: fun movement, quiet time/meditation, mini-gratitude. For morning, evening or both.

Mini-Quest #2 (end of Week 8): “Fear-Flip Dare” - Pick one real-life arena (email, meeting, social post). Do something imperfect but honest within 48 hrs. Share a selfie-style recap of what happened and how it felt.

CREATE (Weeks 9-12): Building Your New Reality
• Week 9: Designing Your Purposeful Life - Visionary Creation: Using creative visualization, artful exercises, or storytelling to vividly craft your ideal life free of anxiety-driven limitations. Craft a Vision Board of the life you want.
• Week 10: Cultivating Your Creative Confidence - Creative Mastery: Structured exercises and role-play scenarios to reinforce new behaviors and confidently express your authentic self. Go home and Film a 2-minute rehearsal audio recording, get coach feedback.
• Week 11: Creating Resilient Relationships - Interactive Play: Exercises and games that develop deeper interpersonal connections, assertiveness, and supportive relationships. Reach out to three new allies this week and share your story.
• Week 12: Launching Your Playful, Powerful Life - Celebration and Integration: Consolidate your transformative journey into a personal action plan. Celebrate your breakthroughs through fun activities and celebratory gatherings, or even play-based activities, and creative acknowledgments of your growth.

Mini-Quest #3 (end of Week 12): “Show-the-World Showcase” - Create any precious artefact that shouts the new you, Social media post, YouTube/Tik Tok clip, artwork/painting, Canva design creation. Present it in our celebration call, then share with a wider audience of your choice.
