The value of a teacher's experience in English Language education is measured by the transition from simply delivering content to facilitating mastery. It is a journey from "knowing the subject" to " knowing the learner".

As an English tutor, I will use my creativity as a storyteller to communicate and facilitate learning with designed curriculum tailored to fit the learner.
With my empathetic disposition and expression, I should be able to help create a safe space for my learner to take risks with their writing and speaking and gradually adapt to advancing their skills.
Generally, my lessons are usually fun and interesting. Giving the learner a hands-on experience at every topic explored.
I give room for expressions and clarity while teaching.
As a professional tutor, I periodically give formative feedbacks to monitor progression. I tailor my lessons to suit individual learner so as to get the best from them.
I incorporate films, podcasts and storytelling, learner-lead structured classroom, debatable topics, and reading aloud/orals into my lessons to make the subject a real life tool to use rather than just a subject to learn.

For me, true expertise is just the ability to reach my learner at every point and progress of their learning journey so as not to make them feel inadequate in anyway but breakdown the curriculum usage to the simplest form they can understand, assimilate and replicate, especially in real time.
Attention to details and interpretation of instructions will be easy if my learner understands every concept used.
