With extensive boxing experience and a passion for coaching, I provide personalised one-to-one boxing sessions for all ages and abilities, from complete beginners to experienced boxers. Each lesson is tailored to your goals, whether you want to learn the fundamentals, improve your technique, increase fitness, build confidence or prepare for competition.

I have experience coaching people across different age groups and abilities, and I adapt my teaching style to suit each individual. Sessions can include boxing fundamentals, footwork, movement, pad work, combinations, defence, conditioning and fitness. I believe in creating a positive and motivating environment where you can learn at your own pace while still being challenged to improve.

My aim is not only to teach boxing but to help every student achieve their personal goals, develop discipline and confidence, and enjoy the journey along the way. Whether you’re stepping into a boxing session for the first time or looking to take your skills to the next level, I will work with you to get the best out of every session.
