The method of teaching is learner-centered. This is where the focus is on the learners and journeying with the learner throughout the period you are teaching them. Involving the learner throughout the lesson so that you know where to put more emphasis and to be more elaborate.
We tackle issues from the known to the unknown. This helps the learner to be able to shift periodically and learn systematically, enabling easier grasping of content and knowledge.
If the learner is finding it difficult to understand, we have to help the learner first before proceeding to the next content. It should be a united front - no learner is left behind. If they have all understood, then we can proceed to the next content.
Whatever is taught is what will be assessed. So all learners are encouraged to attend classes so that we can move together as a united front.
Being friendly with learners so that they can ask questions whenever they need clarity and not be so tough on them that they end up fearing. Being student-friendly also encourages easier understanding of content.
