My lessons are friendly, interactive, and fully tailored to each student’s needs. I mainly teach online, which means lessons are flexible and easy to schedule, while still being engaging and productive. I use a mix of PowerPoints, worksheets, and exam-style questions that I’ve made myself, so each session is well-structured and focused on helping you understand key biology concepts in depth.
I like to start lessons by going over any topics the student finds difficult or confusing, and then break them down step by step using clear explanations, diagrams, and real-life examples to make the content easier to grasp. I strongly believe that understanding why something happens in biology is just as important as memorising the facts.
After going through the content, we move on to exam questions to apply what we’ve learned. I provide detailed feedback on every question — highlighting strengths, explaining mark scheme points, and giving tips on how to improve answers for higher marks.
My goal is to make each lesson motivating and confidence-building, so students feel proud of their progress. I’m very patient and always encourage questions, because I know how important it is to create a comfortable environment for learning.
Overall, my lessons are designed to make biology feel less overwhelming and more enjoyable, helping students develop genuine understanding and exam-ready skills. I know that the content is a lot and hard to understand but by providing practice and feedback it allows you and me to find out which gaps we need to fill! ??????
