Usually ,I implore students centered method in delivering my lessons,I ensure my students are in focus,carried along and fully participate.
Utmostly,iam not "one side fit all" teacher,I change methods for each learner I come across;for example, among the college students I taught last,I observed some students were lagging behind ,I segmented the class in groups during lessons,yet two of them still did not improve,I had to meet them one on one and even created extra time,and atlas they braced up improved above average.
