Experienced law and paralegal tutor: Criminal Law, Tort, Contract, Evidence, and practical legal skills for A-Level, diploma, and undergraduate students.

I support students with:
A-Level Law and undergraduate law modules
Legal research, case analysis, essay writing, and assignments
Exam preparation using past questions and structured techniques.
Paralegal training, including professional skills and practical application.

I teach online via Zoom or MS Teams (adding Moodle soon). I deliver interactive PowerPoint sessions, identify areas needing support, break down concepts with relatable examples, set assignments, and give feedback. I adapt content to each student's level and learning needs, working at their pace. I prepare students for exams with practice questions and support assignments, projects, and dissertations.
I teach fundamental principles of law, including criminal law, tort, contract, and evidence, and help students understand legal terminology. I also teach practical paralegal skills, including legal research, drafting, and case management.
I have taught at diploma, undergraduate, and graduate levels, with over eight years’ teaching experience and more than two decades in legal practice. My students have succeeded in legal careers, including paralegal work, legal practice, lecturing, magistracy, and judiciary roles.
I provide students with strong foundations applicable internationally and in the UK. I have experience communicating complex principles to diverse, young and mature students, including international learners.
I focus on core legal concepts and paralegal skills rather than practice and procedure. I do not cover UK professional qualification exams. I am researching AI in legal education.
My hours are flexible, and I am available at weekends.
