I give a PowerPoint presentation in an interactive session and then ask for area where support is required. Go over the specific area, break down the concept(s) with relatable examples and practical instruction, set assignments to test for understanding and give feedback. I am able and willing to adapt my content and modules to meet any student's level of understanding or learning requirements.
Will work with students at their own pace and prepare for examinations with practice in answering past question papers. Can help with preparing assignments and projects as well as writing dissertations.
I have taught at Diploma, undergraduate and graduate level. I have wide experience in teaching law spanning over eight years and over two decades in legal practice.
My students have been hugely successful in different sectors of the legal services industry e.g. as paralegals, legal practitioners, lectures, magistrates and judges.
I teach fundamental principles of law such as criminal law, law of tort, contract and evidence. I help with understanding legal terminology. I am interested in and researching AI in legal education currently.
I have experience and skill to communicate these principles to diverse audiences and mature students from all works of life, particularly international students.
My hours are flexible. I am also available at weekends.
