I'm a Colombian agroindustrial engineer with an MBA and over nine years' experience in food quality, food safety and project management. Spanish is my native language, and I work comfortably in English, so I can explain grammar, vocabulary and cultural nuance clearly in both languages.

What I teach
• Spanish for all levels – from complete beginners to advanced learners, including conversation practice, grammar, pronunciation and GCSE support. I focus on Latin American Spanish, the variety spoken by most Spanish speakers worldwide.
• Business and technical Spanish – for professionals who work with Spanish-speaking colleagues, clients or suppliers, particularly in engineering, agribusiness and the food industry.
• Food safety, quality management and project management – HACCP, ISO 22000, audits and project planning, taught in English or Spanish.

How I teach
My lessons are interactive, practical and built around your goals. Before we start, I'll ask about your level, your interests and what you want to achieve, whether that's passing an exam, preparing for a trip, holding a confident conversation or using Spanish at work. Each session combines real conversation, clear explanations, practical materials and honest feedback, so you can see your progress from week to week.

I have extensive experience leading and training technical teams, presenting at research conferences and explaining complex processes in simple terms. I bring that same patience and clarity to every lesson.

Who my lessons suit
Secondary school students, university students and adults who want structured, friendly and results-focused lessons. I adapt the pace and content to each student, and I'm happy to prepare lessons around specific topics, texts or work situations.
