Nuria Sanchez Valverde

I am a Spanish teacher with a passion for teaching my native tongue. I am originally from Spain, although have lived overseas for the past 10 years. I moved to England in 2011 and then Kenya in 2016 and now back to England. I have over 5 years of teaching experience at leading international schools (IB, IGCSE, ISEB, etc.). I have been tutoring for many years to different groups from children to adults, one to one and groups.
I like to make my students comfortable with me and make the lessons fun as I think the motivation is key to learn a language. I like to introduce part of the Spanish culture in the lessons. I also use many games as I think it is a great way to learn. I love teaching and I feel very lucky to teach my mother tongue to other.
