I am a dedicated, supportive student with all 9s at GCSE (including 96% in IGCSE Further Pure Maths). I recently finished my exams, so I know how to help you achieve your goals whatever your current level :)

Now I am studying for my A Levels in Maths, Further Maths, Physics, and Economics.

I have experience tutoring my classmates. Their feedback was that they appreciated how I explain concepts at the pace they needed, broke down the content into manageable chunks, and explained in a very simple way. Together we'll make maths make sense!

For GCSE/IGCSE: I have a relaxed but thorough teaching style. An advantage of having me is that, unlike many other tutors, I just had the experience of exams. This makes me more relatable, because I know just how challenging it can get. I also have proven techniques that have helped me achieve top grades, so I can share that with you.

In our sessions I'll start by explaining the concept until it's crystal-clear for you. I'll always check if you have any questions. Then I'll focus on hands-on problem-solving by walking you through exam questions, and also giving lots to try for yourself. In my experience exam practice, techniques and understanding are the crucial things you need to reach your goals in the exams.

For KS2/KS3: My teaching style is relaxed but thorough. In our sessions I will be supportive and go at the pace that you need. My focus will be on helping you really understand maths, and not just memorize it. I am also highly adaptive to any of your requests!

I will adapt to the topics you're learning in school or anything you want to work on. In each lesson I'll start by explaining the concept interactively until you fully understand. You can always interrupt me and any ask questions. After that we can go through your homework, or I can prepare other exercises that challenge you more.
