My lessons are designed to be structured, engaging, and tailored to each student’s individual needs and learning style. I aim to create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and building confidence in their understanding.
Lesson format:
Sessions typically begin with a brief review of previous material to reinforce learning and identify any gaps. I then introduce new concepts in a clear, step-by-step way, using examples and visual aids where helpful. Each lesson includes interactive elements such as problem-solving, discussion, and short quizzes to keep students actively involved.
Content and approach:
I focus on breaking down complex topics into manageable parts, ensuring strong foundational understanding before progressing. Lessons are adapted to suit the student’s goals—whether that’s exam preparation, coursework support, or improving general understanding. I also incorporate real-world applications where possible, especially for science-related topics, to make learning more meaningful.
Dynamics:
My teaching style is patient, encouraging, and collaborative. I regularly check for understanding and adjust the pace accordingly. Students are encouraged to think critically and develop independent problem-solving skills, rather than just memorising information.
Experience:
With a background in Biomedical Science and tutoring experience,I bring both academic knowledge and practical insight into my teaching. I understand the challenges students face and aim to make complex scientific concepts accessible and engaging.
