My lessons are friendly, engaging and tailored to each student’s individual needs, level and goals. With 17 years of experience teaching English as a foreign language to students from a wide range of linguistic and cultural backgrounds, I understand that every learner is different.

I use a communicative approach, so you will have plenty of opportunities to speak and use English in realistic situations. Lessons may include conversation, vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, listening and reading, depending on what you would like to improve. I use a variety of activities and materials to keep lessons interesting and interactive.

I also have extensive experience teaching online and hybrid classes, so I am comfortable using digital tools to make online lessons just as interactive as face-to-face classes.

Whether you want to improve your general English, gain confidence in speaking, prepare for an exam, or develop your English for work or study, I will create lessons that are practical, supportive and focused on helping you make real progress.
