My teaching is evidence-based and outcomes-driven. Everything we do is grounded in research on student success and learning sciences but translated into tools you can actually use. I also take a collaborative approach, meaning your voice and experience shape how the lesson unfolds.

If you join my classes, you can expect a learning experience that is structured, engaging, and deeply relevant to your academic and professional journey, especially within the STEM fields. My sessions are intentionally designed rather than lecture heavy. A typical lesson follows a clear flow:
We start by connecting the topic to your lived experiences as a student, your challenges, expectations, and goals. Then I introduce key frameworks (metacognition, self-regulated learning, or academic identity) in a way that is practical rather than abstract. Then, work through real-life scenarios, case studies, or guided activities that mirror actual academic demands. We close by helping you make sense of what you’ve learned and how to apply it immediately in your studies. This makes my lessons are highly interactive.

Lastly, I place strong emphasis on psychological safety, so you can ask questions, share uncertainties, and develop confidence without fear of judgment. The content of my lessons goes beyond “what to study” and focuses on how to succeed in a demanding academic environment.
