Hi, I am a GCSE tutor specialising in Biology, Chemistry, and Maths. Having recently completed my GCSEs in 2025 and being predicted grade 9s in all three subjects, I have a strong and up-to-date understanding of the current specifications, exam requirements, and the topics that students often find most challenging.

I offer online lessons via Zoom or Google Meet and aim to create a supportive and engaging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and developing their confidence. My lessons are tailored to each student's individual needs, whether they are looking to improve their understanding of a topic, prepare for exams, or work towards the highest grades possible.

My teaching style focuses on explaining concepts clearly and in detail while breaking down difficult topics into simple, easy-to-understand steps. During lessons, I create organised notes that students can follow along with and use for revision afterwards. I also make use of visual aids such as diagrams and worked examples to help students develop a deeper understanding of key concepts.

For Biology and Chemistry, I focus on helping students understand both the theory and how to apply their knowledge in exam questions. For Maths, I use step-by-step explanations and guided practice to build confidence and strengthen problem-solving skills. Towards the end of each lesson, I include practice questions and exam-style questions to reinforce learning and identify any areas that may need further improvement.

Because I have recently studied these subjects myself, I am very familiar with the current GCSE content, exam techniques, and effective revision strategies. I also provide useful tips and advice that helped me throughout my own studies. My goal is to help students improve their understanding, build confidence, and achieve their full potential in their GCSEs.
