My painting lessons are creative, structured, and tailored to each student’s individual needs, level, and artistic goals. I focus on building both technical skills and creative confidence, helping students enjoy the learning process while developing their own artistic voice.
I am experienced in most painting styles and have developed my own unique style over many years. I have been painting since childhood for around 30 years and have completed many commissioned artworks, including portraits and personalised pieces.
I hold a Master’s degree in Painting and a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, and I also have experience in oil painting restoration. This background gives me a strong understanding of both traditional and contemporary art techniques.
In my lessons, I teach key techniques such as colour mixing, brush control, shading, composition, texture, and observation skills. I also encourage students to experiment and build their own style rather than simply copying.
Each lesson is interactive and usually begins with a demonstration or explanation, followed by guided practice where I support students step by step. I adapt my teaching to each student, making lessons suitable for beginners as well as more advanced learners.
I have experience running painting classes and creative workshops in community settings with people of different ages and backgrounds. My approach is patient, friendly, and encouraging, creating a relaxed environment where students feel confident to express themselves.
