I am a holistic therapist and mentor focused on deep emotional transformation, inner balance, and personal growth. For more than 10 years, I have worked with individuals through one-on-one sessions, guided meditations, emotional awareness techniques, and practical mindset work.
My approach combines conversation, subconscious reprogramming, relaxation methods, and personal development tools to help people overcome anxiety, emotional blocks, fear, stress, lack of confidence, and inner imbalance. I also integrate knowledge from NLP and Human Resources Management, which allows me to understand both personal and professional wellbeing.

I believe real change happens when people feel safe enough to understand themselves honestly and start creating change from within.
