Nicoletta Mainardi

I am an experienced Italian teacher for foreigners and an English teacher for Italian speakers. I work with students of all ages and levels, from complete beginners to advanced learners, adapting each lesson to the student’s goals, pace and interests.

My lessons are practical, structured and focused on real communication. We work on speaking, listening, reading and writing, with particular attention to pronunciation, grammar in context and natural usage. I use authentic materials such as articles, videos and everyday dialogues so students can use the language confidently in real situations.

For Italian learners, I focus on clear explanations, step-by-step progression and plenty of speaking practice. I help students improve fluency, accuracy and confidence whether they are learning Italian for travel, work, exams or personal interest.

For Italian speakers learning English, I address common difficulties specific to Italian learners and explain grammar in a clear and logical way. Lessons are designed to improve communication, comprehension and confidence, with practical vocabulary and realistic scenarios.

My teaching style is patient, supportive and motivating. I believe learning a language should be effective and enjoyable. I regularly review progress and adjust lessons to ensure steady improvement and clear results.

Lessons can be conversational, grammar-focused or exam-oriented depending on your needs. My aim is to help students feel comfortable using the language and achieve their personal or professional objectives.
