I've studied at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, NY, for a nutrition health coach. There, I studied innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle techniques for over 100 dietary theories.

I start with a questionnaire for your Health History, based on which, we trace the main challenges in your current status quo -- overweight or obesity, underweight or nutrition deficiency, chronic fatigue or lack of energy, Wellness Resource Management, acute stress or burnout, poor eating habits or eating disorders, Lifestyle improvement and adaptation, Nutritional education.

Once we identify the cracks in your defence, I undertake to find all the resources possible to fill those in and bring the balance back to your life.

By building a set of healthy habits and recovering good family practices once proven to work, we could identify what really works for your best interest in the area you've shown weakness or lack of resources to cope with.

Since we live in the real world, I tend to utilise all hacks possible to minimise stress and distraction along the way, once dedicated to a chosen goal.

Coaching is as simple as crossing a river when you struggle to walk over the bridge of your fears or uncertainties. I take the lead by "holding your hand" in this process so you can feel calm and in a secure environment once we have built the trust needed to do so.

Happiness is easy to find; the point is, do you look for it in the right place?
