Though I only started tutoring pretty recently, I have most of it nailed down. I prepare beforehand and walk through most of the lesson plan with you before we start. Trying my best to stick to a pretty normal, albeit relaxed session, I go through the content in pretty bitesized chunks, interspersed with small quizzes and question/answer stuff. Afterwards, I will go through exam technique and questions with you one-on-one, before allowing you to proceed on your own. Rounding our the session, I look through the mark scheme with you and grade your answers with you, highlighting where you've succeeded and suggesting areas and methods of improvement.
