Lessons are built around your needs. With over 20 years' experience, I use a whole array of materials. Course books, online exercises, current affairs (news story worksheets). Most importantly, unlike many teachers, I'll correct all your mistakes in the chat box, and send you a copy of your mistakes after each lesson for your reference - this is the most important thing an online tutor can do for you, and something many teachers overlook.

Some of my students have been with me for over 15 years. I love forming connections with students and a long lasting educational bond. Seeing my students improve over time gives me immense satisfaction. I've taken beginner students to advanced, and helped hundreds of students pass their IELTS and Cambridge exams. Business English is something which I love teaching. I've taught professionals from doctors to lawyers. Students will give me presentations in lessons and I'll record them so we can analyse their English, to see where they can improve. I've also worked with schools in Russia, China and Italy, helping them to build programmes and the accompanying syllabi.

Having taught English in British Council accredited physical schools in London since 2004, I decided to branch into the world of online English language lessons. My aim was to provide the same quality I had found in British Council accredited offline schools, with a focus on experienced TEFL CELTA certified quality, but online. The same standard but at a fraction of the cost you would pay for one to one lessons in person. I welcome you with open arms and am very excited that you are interested in having lessons with me!
