My lessons are tailored to each student’s goals, whether that’s improving conversational fluency, mastering grammar, preparing for GCSE or A-Level exams, or building vocabulary. A typical session includes a combination of:
• Interactive speaking and listening practice
• Targeted grammar and vocabulary exercises
• Reading and translation activities
• Revision and feedback tailored to your pace

Lessons are delivered either online or in person, with flexible scheduling available. I aim to create a welcoming and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and actively engaging with the material, no matter their age or experience level.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in French from the University of Liverpool, where I developed a strong foundation in both written and spoken French, as well as a deep understanding of francophone literature, culture, and history. Although I am new to formal tutoring, I bring a fresh, enthusiastic approach and a solid academic background that allows me to explain concepts clearly and support learners effectively at all levels.

My approach is patient, friendly, and adaptable – I take the time to understand how each student learns best and adjust my teaching style accordingly. I also draw on a variety of resources, such as authentic texts, audio clips, and practice materials, to make lessons engaging and relevant. Whether you're looking for long-term language development or short-term support ahead of an exam, I will work with you to build confidence and achieve tangible progress.

Whether you're just starting out or looking to refine your existing skills, I would be delighted to support you on your French learning journey.
