I am keen to offer GCSE and A-level Psychology tutoring (ideally for AQA at A-Level), having achieved an A* in AQA Psychology in 2025. My lessons are structured, engaging, and tailored to each student’s individual needs, whether they are aiming to build confidence, improve exam technique, or achieve top grades.

Each lesson follows a clear format. We begin by identifying areas of difficulty and setting focused objectives. I then explain key theories and studies in a clear and accessible way, using real-life examples to support understanding. This is followed by active practice, such as exam-style questions, short application tasks, and essay planning, with detailed feedback aligned to AQA mark schemes.

A strong emphasis is placed on exam technique. I help students understand how to gain AO1, AO2, and AO3 marks, structure essays effectively, and use key terminology accurately. I also support revision skills, including retrieval practice, concise note-making, and strategies for approaching research methods and statistics with confidence.

My lessons are interactive and supportive, encouraging students to ask questions and work at a pace that suits them. Having recently sat the AQA exams myself, I have up-to-date knowledge of the specification and a clear understanding of what examiners are looking for. My aim is to help students feel confident, motivated, and fully prepared for their Psychology exams.
