My lessons will be structured, interactive and tailored to each student's needs. I aim to create a comfortable learning environment where students feel confident asking questions and working through topics they find difficult.

Each lesson will typically begin with around **10 minutes of active recall**, using short questions or quizzes to revisit previously learned content and strengthen long-term memory.

We will then move on to the **main topic of the lesson**, where I will explain key concepts clearly and break down difficult content into manageable sections. I will encourage students to actively participate rather than simply listen and take notes.

After learning the content, we will apply it through **past-paper questions and exam practice**, focusing on how to structure answers effectively, use psychological terminology and understand what exam questions are asking. For A-Level Psychology, I can also provide support with **AO1, AO2 and AO3, essay planning and evaluation points**.

Towards the end of the lesson, we will complete another short **active recall session**, covering both what we learned that day and important content from previous lessons. This helps identify any areas that need more practice and reinforces knowledge over time.

Most importantly, lessons can be adapted to the student's goals, whether they need help understanding content, improving exam technique, revising for an upcoming test or working through topics they find challenging.
