Nathalie Marguin

Bonjour, je suis Nathalie! I grew up in France and moved to England almost eight years ago. I’ve always loved travelling and languages, and French has remained the only language spoken at home. I started learning English at school and have enjoyed discovering new cultures ever since.
I truly believe that learning languages is essential in today’s interconnected world. This is why I want to teach French and support learners at their own pace, especially knowing that this journey can sometimes be challenging. I’m here to make it clearer, calmer, and more enjoyable.

I’m new to professional tutoring, but I bring over 15 years of experience supporting learners through my childcare and communication background. My approach is patient, structured, and encouraging — perfect for students who want clear explanations and a calm, supportive learning environment. I will focus on building strong foundations: pronunciation, essential vocabulary, simple grammar, and confidence in speaking. I will adapt each lesson to your level and pace, making sure you feel comfortable and motivated. For school learners, I provide gentle guidance for GCSE French basics. For adults, I offer practical everyday French and conversation practice.
What you can expect from my lessons:
• Clear, simple explanations
• Step-by-step learning
• Friendly, patient support
• Confidence-building speaking practice
• A relaxed, positive atmosphere

At the moment, I am available on Wednesdays from 17:30 onwards and on Fridays from 15:30 onwards.

If you’d like to begin this learning journey with me, feel free to get in touch — I’d be happy to help you get started.
