My sessions are built around you. In our first few lessons, we will spend time getting to know your goals, strengths, interests, learning style and what motivates you. I want to understand what makes you tick, so that I can create sessions that feel meaningful, manageable and tailored to the way you learn best.

Lessons are highly interactive, supportive and engaging. Depending on your goals, we may use visually clear Canva presentations, interactive activities, games, discussions, goal-setting exercises and practical strategies that you can use in everyday life or learning. I break ideas down into simple, achievable steps so that nothing feels overwhelming.

As a qualified teacher with over 15 years of experience in education, I have worked with many different learners, including neurodivergent young people. I also understand neurodiversity personally, so I know how important it is to be listened to, validated and supported without judgement.

My aim is not to pressure you or expect you to learn in one particular way. My aim is to help you understand yourself better, build confidence, discover strategies that work for you and feel empowered to move towards your own goals.
