Hello! My name is Natalia, and I’m a native Brazilian Portuguese speaker who has been living in the UK for the past 10 years. I have many years of experience teaching English as a foreign language to students of different ages and levels, and I also teach Brazilian Portuguese to learners who want to communicate naturally and confidently.

I believe every student learns differently, so I tailor each lesson to their individual goals, interests, and learning style. Whether you’re learning for work, travel, exams, or everyday conversation, I carefully select up-to-date, relevant materials that match your needs and keep lessons engaging and practical. My aim is to create a relaxed, supportive environment where you feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and building confidence step by step.

Over the years, I’ve worked with children, teenagers, and adults from a wide range of cultural and professional backgrounds. This experience has taught me the importance of adapting not only the content of each lesson but also the teaching approach. Some students learn best through conversation, while others prefer structured grammar explanations, reading, or interactive activities. I enjoy finding the right balance to help each person make steady progress.

I also believe that learning a language is about much more than memorising vocabulary or grammar rules. It’s about understanding how people communicate in real-life situations and gaining the confidence to express yourself naturally. Whenever possible, I incorporate authentic materials such as news articles, videos, podcasts, and everyday scenarios to make lessons meaningful and enjoyable.
