Naseeb Grewal

I am Naseeb Grewal. Currently, I am pursuing Masters in Computer Science. Other than just learning about computers, and writing code, I also have a great affinity towards Maths, Physics, and English.

For my selection in Bachelor, I cracked the most rigorous exam in my country that tests knowledge in Math, Physics, and chemistry. I passed in the top 0.5 percentile of students out of 1.5 million candidates that gave the exam.

Most people and friends I met say it's a very difficult subject. But in reality, it's a very simple subject. If you can understand the fundamental concepts, you can do anything with this subject. Once you start getting it, you cannot stop. How do I know? Because I also used to find this subject difficult and was frightened of it.

But then I met a great teacher, who helped me overcome my fears and conquer them.

And after a few years, I passed a very competitive examination in my country that tests aptitude in Math, Physics, and chemistry. I scored in the top 0.5%ile among 1.5 million students.

He used to tell me, maths is the language of physics. So, if you know maths, you know how to make sense of physics. With Physics I learned to see beyond what I was seeing. It takes you into a world filled with imagination, ideas, and creativity. It not only helps me learn more about our universe but also makes me more curious about things I am yet to learn.

I used to teach Maths before I started my Masters. My only goal was for the students to grasp the fundamentals to make them understand the subject deeper. Because getting good marks is a by-product of your knowledge and understanding of the subject.
