Hello, I’m Naomi.

I’m a former midwife and qualified coach with certifications in NLP, CBT, Hypnotherapy and EFT. For over a decade, I’ve supported people through some of life’s most challenging transitions, helping them better understand themselves, navigate difficult circumstances and move forward with greater confidence and clarity.

My coaching sessions are warm, supportive and tailored to the individual. Rather than offering generic advice, I help clients explore what’s happening beneath the surface, understand the thoughts, beliefs and behaviours influencing their decisions, and identify practical steps that create meaningful change.

I work with adults and children facing a wide range of challenges including confidence and self esteem issues, anxiety and overthinking, relationship difficulties, life transitions, career uncertainty, stress, overwhelm and personal growth.

Sessions are delivered online in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment where clients can speak openly and honestly. My approach combines compassion with practical tools and strategies, helping people not only understand themselves more deeply but also make lasting changes in their lives.
