I am a theatre practitioner and facilitator with experience in leadership, administration and youth engagement. Holding an Access to HE Diploma in Theatre Arts alongside qualifications in Business Administration, Customer Service and Employability Skills, I use creative, theatre-based techniques to teach practical leadership and administrative skills. Through role play, collaborative projects and interactive workshops, I help learners develop confidence, communication, teamwork, organisation and problem-solving abilities in an engaging and inclusive environment. My experience at Lewisham Youth Theatre and Battersea Arts Centre enables me to deliver participant-centred sessions that combine artistic practice with real-world workplace skills, empowering learners to become confident leaders, effective communicators and organised professionals.
