As an experienced Personal and Professional Development Coach with over 10 years of experience in training, learning & development, coaching, and mentoring, I am committed to empowering individuals to reach their full potential and achieve their goals. As much as I enjoy freelance coaching, I am also a full-time Professional Careers Advisor at a University and spend my days teaching and providing one-to-one tutorials on careers and business development; from job searching, CV's, career planning and looking at transferrable skills. Due to my current role and my extensive career in learning & development I spend the first session getting to know my clients, building a rapport and coming up with a plan on how to more forward.
