I’m enthusiastic and passionate about teaching and I will do my utmost to help you get to where you want. My teaching style is patient and quite methodical, we start wherever you want to begin and it’s tailored to you, if you need grammar help, we’ll focus on that, if you want help with this weeks homework we can do that together etc. I’m here to help YOU with what YOU need. I’ve done Spanish and French at A-level and I’m also happy to teach English up to GCSE level. I will use exam content to outline our revision for KS3 and above to set the guidelines of what you need to succeed. Although the lessons will be planned methodically according to what you want to do, we can always venture out to go over something else and I’ll always give you resources and recommendations as much as I can. I might occasionally ask you to try and do some exercises in your own time or recommend watching a film on your own, but unless you want me to, i won’t be setting regular homework. I’ll send you lesson reminders and don’t ever be hesitant to ask me questions or contact me if you’re unsure about anything- i’ll be here to help! I know from my own experience that asking for help can be really nerve-wracking because you don’t want to appear a certain way, but no question is too silly to ask. i want you to be able to go from making mistakes, to recognising them, to fixing them, to learning from them, to laughing at them!
