The mission of supporting adults and young people in their well-being, motivation, and personal development resonates deeply with my professional path and personal values.

My background combines a strong academic foundation with real experience accompanying individuals through moments of stress, transition, and growth. I hold an Advanced Diploma in Personal Leadership and Executive Coaching, recognised by ICF, QQI, and EMCC, and I am completing my MSc Psychology (Conversion).

Alongside this, I have worked as a Mental Health First Aider since 2021, offering active listening, emotional support, and guidance to colleagues facing pressure, anxiety, or academic-style performance challenges within a demanding work environment. I have also carried out volunteer work with Pro Juventute, helping teenagers build confidence and prepare for the job market.

In addition, I have an international background, having lived, studied, and worked in different countries.

These experiences have refined my ability to listen deeply, identify obstacles, and help individuals build confidence and clarity. I particularly enjoy helping people develop practical tools for focus, self-organisation, and resilience—skills that young students often need to navigate academic expectations and personal growth.

My coaching style is warm, supportive, and structured. I aim to create a safe space where students can explore their goals, strengthen their mindset, and build habits that help them succeed both academically and personally. I believe in empowering students, not by giving answers, but by helping them understand themselves, recognise their strengths, and develop lasting skills.
