I focus on building a deep understanding and strong exam skills through a clear, logical approach. In my lessons, I use a wide range of exam questions from various platforms to help students become flexible and confident when tackling unfamiliar problems. This exposure helps them adapt quickly during real exams and boosts their ability to think critically under pressure. I also draw on multiple trusted sources to give more precise, relatable explanations for complex topics—especially those that students often find abstract or difficult.

For GCSE and A-level students, lessons usually follow a flexible structure. We begin with a brief recap and a few quick questions to refresh key concepts. If needed, we review homework or any areas of confusion. Then we move on to the new topic, which I break down step by step with clear explanations and examples. We finish with exam-style questions to consolidate learning and build exam confidence.

Every lesson is supported by personalised notes I prepare in advance, including hand-drawn diagrams and summaries tailored to the student’s syllabus. These notes help students track their progress and revise more efficiently, and they ensure our sessions follow a clear and structured path through the curriculum.

While I use a general format, I always adapt my approach to suit each student’s goals and learning style. My main aim is to help students learn how to learn—how to grasp concepts quickly, spot connections, and find logic even in content that seems overwhelming at first. I also offer off-lesson support for any questions that come up between sessions.
