1. Nutrition Education: We break down food so it's simple. Label reading, portion sizes, meal timing, supplements, and how to eat for your goals without restriction.
2. Training: Strength, fat loss, mobility, and functional fitness. I teach you proper form, how to progress, and how to train even with limited time, equipment.
