I gain experience from teaching and doing research..
From. My teaching experience I like the student to be active engaged in discussions that means during the lesson student requires to ask questions answer questions as while .
We shall have lesson assesment questions at the end and before ending the lesson we shall have questions that should be done by individual student and submit through email in the following day for marking and further assesment to check on how student understand.
If we have more student we might combine them to establish a goal and do group discussion together with student and teacher together to ensure at the end everyone has known what is expected for each.
All my teaching shall be done online so student are expected to b well established with internet with good browsing machine since during the lessons we shall have audio plays and slide show for every topic up to where and end.
Student who engage actively and do what is expected during the lesson shall understand more and are able to solve the problem easily due to that all students are expected to adhere to class and give maximum competition .
