Muzamal Khalid

Hello! My name is Muzamal Khalid, and I’m really excited to help you grow in confidence with maths. I achieved a grade 8 in GCSE Mathematics and an A in A-Level Mathematics, which means I’ve been through the same challenges that you might be facing now.

My lessons are friendly, supportive, and focused on building understanding step by step. I like to start by identifying the areas you find most difficult, then break the topic into smaller parts so it feels manageable. I always explain concepts in a clear and simple way, often using worked examples before guiding you through practice questions yourself.

The format of my lessons usually involves a short explanation, lots of problem-solving together, and time at the end for you to ask questions. I believe maths is best learned through practice, so I make sure you get plenty of opportunities to try things out, while I give feedback and encouragement along the way.

Even though I am new to tutoring, my own recent experience as a student means I understand what exam boards are looking for and how to prepare effectively. My aim is to make lessons interactive and encouraging, so you feel confident tackling maths both in class and in exams.
