Hello! My name is Eve Lodge. I work with students from Primary to A-level. I'm a full-time maths tutor with over 6 years of experience. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics and QTS (Qualified Teacher Status). Whether your child needs learning support or exam preparation, I'm here to help. I also have experience in tutoring homeschoolers and people from different countries (Russia, Poland, India, Korea, USA, Nigeria)

• Everything begins with a comprehensive assessment to identify each student's strengths and areas for improvement. Based on this, I create a personalised lesson plan. We start by filling gaps in fundamental topics, ensuring quick and easy mastery of advanced concepts later

• Even for complex topics, I manage to make my explanations simple and interesting by using real-life analogies and сlearly linking new concepts to what my students already know.

• In my lessons, I create a supportive environment where the student feels comfortable asking questions and making mistakes

• After covering each new block of material, I check for comprehension using assessment questions. This allows me to quickly pinpoint and effectively fill any learning gaps before moving forward

• I show my students how all branches of mathematics are interconnected, building a holistic and deep understanding of the subject

• I assign personalized homework, specifically designed for each student. The homework is later checked and thoroughly commented on by me outside of the lessons

• I rarely reschedule and almost never cancel planned sessions.
If I need to reschedule, I always inform my students in advance
