I’m a dedicated bioscience researcher and tutor, and I absolutely love helping students uncover the fascinating world of biology, genetics, and biotechnology. Beginning with my Bachelor’s in Biotechnology, advancing to my Master’s in Bioscience from UTM, and currently finishing my PhD in Bioscience at USM, I have spent over 7 years working directly in high-level laboratory research. I also bring 4 years of real-world experience as a Clinical Laboratory Manager.
While my academic background is deeply rooted in advanced science, my teaching style is completely conversational, light, and easy to follow. I know firsthand how overwhelming dense textbooks and complex cellular pathways can feel. That is why my lessons are designed to be highly visual, stress-free, and interactive.
Here is what you can expect from our sessions together:
- No Dry Memorization: We skip the boring textbook jargon. Instead, I use simple, real-world analogies to explain tricky topics like DNA replication, immunology, or metabolic clearance.
- Active & Dynamic Learning: We will use digital whiteboards, color-coded diagrams, and live step-by-step problem-solving. I love the "teach it back" method—true understanding happens when you can explain a concept comfortably in your own words.
- Completely Tailored to You: Whether you are a high schooler preparing for final exams, a university undergraduate tackling tough biochemistry modules, or an aspiring researcher needing help with scientific paper structures and data analysis, we will move at your exact pace.
My goal is to not only help you ace your assignments and exams but to build your genuine confidence as a student. Let’s connect, map out your learning goals, and make science click.
